Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the business relationship between Sasha Elite Drive (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") and its customers for all transportation and chauffeur services offered.

By booking a service, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

The Provider offers, in particular, the following services:

  • Airport Transfers
  • Business Travel and Executive Transport
  • Long-Distance Transfers within Switzerland and Europe
  • Private Tours
  • Accessible Transportation Services
  • Tailored Transportation Solutions

The exact scope of services is determined by the respective booking or individual agreement.

3. Booking and Contract Formation

Bookings may be made by telephone, email, contact form, or other available communication channels.

The contract becomes effective upon written or verbal confirmation by the Provider.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Additional services such as:

  • Waiting time
  • Additional stops
  • Toll charges
  • Parking fees
  • Special customer requests

may be charged separately.

Payment may be made by:

  • Cash
  • TWINT
  • Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer
  • Invoice (for business customers)

5. Cancellations

Up to 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Journey

Free cancellation.

Less Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Journey

The Provider reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the agreed fare.

Less Than 12 Hours Before the Scheduled Journey or No-Show

Up to 100% of the agreed fare may be charged.

6. Delays and Flight Monitoring

For airport transfers, scheduled flight times are monitored whenever flight information is provided.

Delays resulting from flight schedule changes will be accommodated where possible.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate flight details and contact information.

7. Waiting Time

For airport pick-ups, the first 60 minutes following the actual landing time are included in the fare unless otherwise agreed.

Additional waiting time may be charged.

8. Conduct in the Vehicle

Customers are expected to treat both the vehicle and chauffeur with respect.

Any excessive soiling or damage may be charged to the customer.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

9. Luggage

Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.

The Provider accepts no liability for lost, forgotten, or damaged items unless caused by gross negligence on the part of the Provider.

10. Liability

The Provider shall be liable for damages only within the limits of applicable law.

The Provider shall not be liable for delays, schedule changes, or service interruptions caused by traffic congestion, accidents, road closures, weather conditions, governmental actions, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond the Provider’s reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

In particular, the Provider shall not be liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to missed flights, missed appointments, missed connections, loss of business opportunities, or any resulting costs.

11. Accessible Transportation

Wheelchair transportation and stretcher transportation services may be provided in cooperation with specialised partner companies.

Customers will be informed accordingly when such services are arranged.

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the Provider, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
